Vascular lesions treatment and collagen stimulation with IPL-Sq®.

Treatment:
  • The presence of vessels on the face is a pathology most commonly seen in fair-skinned people and may or may not be associated with rosacea or skin aging. The treatment of this type of lesions can be done with the use of LASER (Nd:YAG 1064 nm) or Intense Pulsed Light – IPL.


  • The light emitted by the IPL-Sq® handpiece is attracted to the hemoglobin present in the superficial vessels, generating heat (selective photothermolysis) and their consequent removal. In addition, the heat stimulates collagen production, reducing fine lines and contributing to skin rejuvenation.


  • The IPL-Sq® handpiece, which is compatible with the ETHEREA-MX® and ZYE® platforms, has a Square-Wave Pulse®, large variation of pulse time (5-100 ms) and cut-off filters from 400 to 695 nm that allow the treatment to be safely and effectively adjusted for patients with superficial vessels.
